Rear Entry Wood Deck with Stairs and Lattice Skirting in Smithtown, NY
We built a pressure-treated wood deck off the rear entry of a home in Smithtown, NY. The deck includes a full walking surface, stairs down to the yard, and railings around the open sides.
Work stayed tight to the deck footprint. We staged materials in the yard, framed the platform, installed the deck boards, then moved on to posts, rails, and the stair section. The siding and trim to be modified later as instructed by homeowner.
