This commercial storefront in Massapequa was remodeled and built out for Lady Luck Tattoo. The space needed to be cleaned up, finished, and set up for a working retail-style business with a more polished customer-facing interior.
Commercial buildouts are different from basic home remodeling. The space has to look good for customers, but it also has to hold up to daily business use. On this project, the work focused on creating a clean, functional storefront that made sense for the business and gave the interior a more finished, professional look.
The finished space helped turn the unit into a more usable shop with better presentation, cleaner finishes, and a layout that worked for the tenant’s day-to-day operation.

We will need to get a licensed plumber and architect involved for the conversion. We have general license in both nassau and suffolk which is not required to pull a permit in commercial alterations. In your case only a master plumber and plans are needed to file with the building department
