Prefab Tiny Home Assembly and Finish Work in Huntington, NY

We assembled a prefabricated tiny home structure in Huntington, NY and worked through the on-site steps needed to get it closed in and finished. That included coordinating around the base, setting and fastening the structure, wrapping up the exterior details, and finishing the inside.

Once the components are on site, the work is all about layout and fit. We checked lines as we went, set the wall sections, and made field adjustments where needed so everything landed right.

The exterior was finished out with horizontal siding, dark trim, and large glass openings. Inside, we completed the finishes with walls, ceiling, recessed lighting (coordinated), base trim, and a wood-look plank floor, then cleaned up and closed out the work area.

Project Scope

  • Prefab structure assembly and setup
  • Concrete slab/base coordination
  • Layout checks during installation
  • Wall framing/panel placement and fastening
  • Exterior close-in: siding and trim
  • Coordination for electrical and finished lighting
  • Interior finishes: walls, ceiling, base trim, and flooring
