This commercial strip mall in Massapequa needed a full flat roof replacement. The existing roof was removed down to the deck so the condition of the structure could be checked before the new roof system went on.
Once the roof was opened up, damaged areas of the deck were repaired, and a beam replacement was completed as part of the project. From there, the new roof assembly was installed with a Firestone SBS white cap sheet and base, cover board, cant strip, copper counter-flashing, drip edge, gutter work, and parapet wall coping.
